THIS DISTINCT HONEY NATURALLY CRYSTALLIZES INTO A CREAMY CONSISTENCY WHICH EXPLAINS ITS NAME, BUTTER HONEY.
 

Characteristics

The two main flowers in this honey,: Acahual and Casahuate are yellow and white respectively. As a result, the predominant nectar will determine the final color of this honey, which can vary from white to amber.
